Join us for a safe and supportive Women's Circle & Alexander Technique Workshop to rest, process emotions and build resilience.
As an experienced Circle Facilitator Johanna will lead our Women's Circle, where you can share, connect and recharge with other women.
We will dive into Alexander Technique inspired movement with experienced Alexander Technique Practitioner Hester, with an emphasis on recognising emotions and reactions. Perfect for anyone looking to feel more grounded and confident!
As part of our evening we will conduct a tea ceremony to help you slow down, rest and be present.
