Step into a world of steam and imagination....
…we cordially invite you to join us at the East Anglian Railway Museum for this, our Annual Steampunk fair hosted in conjunction with the League of Essextraordinary Gentlemen.
Enjoy the delights of Tea-duelling, Teapot racing, meet the stall holders, and browse their wares and disappear into the world of Steampunk!
Authors Paul Eccentric, Martin Noutch, and TG Trouper will be attending.
We will be holding a special Steampunk Market, with a range of stalls in our new Exhibition Hall and outside on the events field. If you are a stall holder please see towards the bottom of this page for details on how to get involved.
This is a family friendly event with fun for all the family.
More details will be posted here nearer the date, but you can be sure of a grand time at this spectacular and popular event – don’t miss out!
Enjoy unlimited train rides, plus access to the museum and exhibits.
Children can let off some steam in our train themed playground and pretend to be a bus driver on our play and picnic bus.
During our Steampunk Shenanigans event, the Museum is open for you to look around the various buildings, trains, displays and exhibits – details of what you can see can be found on our Standard Museum Admission page, with the added attraction of one of our heritage trains running.
We operate unlimited rides from 11:00 – 15:00, the Museum opens at 10:00 right through until 17:00
