Join us at AmeriHealth Caritas for a spiritual practice, support, and discussion group for seekers: STAYING GROUNDED IN SHAKY TIMES

WHEN: Beginning Monday October 6th 2-3:30 pm - offered 1st and 3rd Mondays

WHERE: 216 Asheland Avenue, Asheville, NC - AmeriHealth Caritas Wellness & Opportunity Center (PARK LOWER, SOUTH FACING LEVEL AND ENTER)

• Are you looking for a group of people with whom you can meditate and discuss spiritual matters?

• Do you feel that your spiritual practice could use some enhancement?

• Have you had a spiritual experience, NDE, or OBE and want some place where you can talk about it?

• Do you find yourself wrestling with larger spiritual questions that you think your friends may not understand?

• Do you already have a church community that you're happy with but still seek something deeper?

Then you should check out our group!

We will be exploring a variety of spiritual practices including:

• Meditation

• Breathwork

• Meditative Movement practices such as Qi gong and Yoga

Each group will also include a discussion time and question and answer period for those needing extra guidance or instruction.

Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
