Keynote Speaker
Robert Baxter - Robert Baxter is the Plant Manager of Vitro’s Flagship Architectural Glass plant in Wichita Falls, Texas. Robert has over 35 years of real-world manufacturing leadership experience and currently leads a team of over five hundred employees. Robert’s heart and commitment to growing leaders is shaping his journey of being a mentor to business leaders, motivational speaking, and counselor. Robert has captured his life and leadership story in a newly released book, “Leading Beyond Life’s Storms.” The new release made Amazon’s, “#1 New Release” in October 2025. Robert is a devoted Christian and husband to his wife Lisa, for more than 40 years. Together they serve the community of Wichita Falls by teaching, “Marriage Matters” classes at Heritage Church.
