About this Event

Step into a space designed to ignite your potential. ElevateHER, presented by Landmark Title Company, is a women’s empowerment luncheon that will bring together passionate voices, powerful stories, and a community of women who lift each other higher and offers the kind of support that fuels confidence and courage. Expect inspiration, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose as we celebrate what’s possible when women rise together.

Our Panelists:

Deana Albert - proud Wichita Falls native, Deana's journey is one of leadership, adaptability, and entrepreneurship. From earning her degree in Criminal Justice and serving as a Community Supervision Officer in Tarrant County to helping lead multiple successful local businesses, Deana has worn many hats throughout her career. Alongside her husband, Michael, she co-owns ServiceMaster of Wichita Falls/Texhoma and Smoothie King, where she has taken on everything from accounting and team leadership to training, human resources, and even peeling countless bananas! Deana's hands-on leadership style, business experience, and commitment to our community make her an inspiring voice for this year's conversation.

Renee Williams - A lifelong resident of Wichita Falls, Renée brings four decades of experience in public service, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. She currently serves as the Director of the Area Agency on Aging of North Texas through the Nortex Regional Planning Commission, where she has dedicated her career to advocating for older adults and supporting caregivers through programs that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. Throughout her career, Renée has been a strong example of servant leadership: leading with integrity, resilience, and purpose. She is actively involved in numerous community and faith-based organizations, including Eastside Baptist Church, the Original West Texas District Association, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omicron Epsilon Omega Chapter, and the Wichita Falls ISD Foundation Board. A graduate of Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Social Work, Renée is passionate about mentoring others and encouraging women to lead with confidence, authenticity, and strength. Her personal and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to service, family, and community impact.

Stephanie Zamora-Robles - Stephanie Zamora Robles is an Associate Professor of Graduate Education at Midwestern State University (MSU), where she also serves as the Chair for Graduate Education, Program Coordinator for the Master of Educational Leadership, and MSU’s Service-Learning Coordinator. Before joining MSU, Dr. Zamora Robles spent 11 years with the Wichita Falls Independent School District, including 5 years as a middle school assistant principal. She is passionate about leadership and school culture during the critical middle school years, which she views as a final opportunity to engage students deeply before high school. Dr. Robles has contributed to several leadership teams, including two that successfully turned around campuses previously designated as "Improvement Required" by the Texas Education Agency. Her research focuses on leadership in high-need schools, school culture, and the academic and social-emotional needs of middle school students. An active community leader, she has taken on various roles outside of work, including President of the Bilingual Education Student Organization at MSU, Vice President of Zavala, board member for the Community Health Care Center, the Boys and Girls Club of Wichita Falls, and Hospice. She is a dedicated volunteer with Café con Leche and serves on the Amo Leer committee. Her awards include being named Region 9 Assistant Principal of the Year (2018–2019) by the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals (state finalist) and receiving the 2021 West College of Education Distinguished Alumni Award.
