Starry Night Meditation and Sound bath April 29, 7:30 pm-8:45 pm

A celestial meditation and sound journey where gentle guidance and luminous tones invite you into deep stillness, as if drifting beneath a vast, star-filled sky. Harmonic vibrations soften the body, quiet the mind, and create a space for inner clarity, rest, and subtle expansion.

A light projector will light up the studio room inviting deep calm, relaxation, and starry night experience. Optional gentle movement will be provided. If you choose to stay in stillness, breathing practices will be offered.
