Activity Name: Back to the Basics Drawing with Soft Pastels – Beginner Level 1

Recommended Ages: 13-Adult

Activity Description: Learning art is fun and easy with our tiered beginner level painting classes. Students will learn the basics of drawing with soft pastels. Participants will be guided step-by-step through the process by an experienced instructor. We encourage participants to purchase a 12 x 18 frame to bring to class with them. This class is approximately 2.5 hours long, but may require longer if needed. Students must register at least 24 hours in advance.

More Information: Our Back to the Basics Classes are Level 1 in a three-level beginner series. Drawing classes focus on fundamental drawing techniques. Your drawings will be as unique and diverse as you. Students will also learn how to express themselves in a unique and individual way with personal color choices and basic design. We help you to quickly and easily learn this unique art medium. Our instructors will help you gain confidence in applying what you learn in class at home and incorporating art into your life.
