Starfish Workshop - Opening Your Being

Giving up the refuge of our head and thoughts and surrendering to the unknown, we discover that we are already home, where we want to be. As we’re safe to receive, we experience the perfection of our human experience and spirit meets us where we live. While this workshop is not for the faint of heart, Jeremy holds the work with impeccable boundaries and your courage will steady you through real risk and real reward. Participants sit in a circle with Jeremy facilitating in a “whatever-will-work”manner, sometimes supporting individuals, sometimes the group as a whole. You will have the opportunity to relax into the authenticity of experience, a respite from the head’s world of right and wrong. As opposed to fixing what is (which is like chasing our own tail), we can be with, feel, and allow what is.
PRICE FOR EVENT:

$75 Early-Bird (by December 10th at noon), $85 General Sign up (between December 10th and December 21st), $90 at the door (the workshops usually cost more than double - a special price is being offered for the first workhsop at The Center SF)
SCHEDULE:

December 22, 12:30pm-6:30pm.

There will be a morning session and an afternoon session (each between 2 and 2 1/2 hours) with a 90-minute lunch break.The work takes a lot of focus, and so the longer lunch breaks support that. Please arrive early and be ready to go at 12:30pm.
BIO:

Jeremy Parise has been leading classes and workshops for the past two decades. Having grown up very much in his head and out of touch with his instincts, Jeremy committed himself at the age of 20 to venturing into the rich and sometimes daunting vastness of uncontrolled human experience. He studied at Circle in the Square, Harvard College, Sandy Marshall, the Lungta Institute, and with many others. His training for 25 years with Marc Daniels at the Lungta Institute has afforded him an unusual capacity for leading people into the less-filtered experience and expression of open-hearted human honesty.
