Partner Registration: 15th Annual Youth Arts Summit

The 15th annual Youth Arts Summit, a project facilitated by Youth Art Exchange, is a gathering of young artists and arts educators, and a unique event in the Bay Area. In bringing together young artists from across the Bay Area. The Summit is supported by SF Grants for the Arts, and San Francisco Arts Commission.

There are many ways to get involved:

• Attending!
• Exhibiting youth artists’ work
• Competing in the Performance Competition
• Tabling to share information and interact with youth
• Bringing youth to attend
• Conducting a workshop
• Providing college information + portfolio advice
• Sponsoring the activities

Participating organizations will need to register and submit a registration fee. These fees support the publicity, organizing, workshops, and performances for the event. We will include logos on our promotional materials if registered by April 1, 2025

Small Organization (budget < $250,000), $75

Medium Organization (budget $250,000-$500,000), $150

Large Organization (budget over $500,000), $300

Arts College/University, $375

We understand that funding is especially challenging this year. We do have scholarships available for a few partners, so please email [email protected] if the cost would prohibit you from participating.
