Stampede Bottled Cocktail Workshop at the Distillery

If you’re looking for the perfect DIY date night, have we got something special for you. This event begins with an introduction to the process of bottled cocktails. You’ll learn the practical skills involved in building a balanced and shelf stable recipe, choose from more than 50 possible combinations of Confluence spirits, bitters, and more!

Each guest will take home their own wax-sealed bottled cocktail!

Your choice of 375ml or 750ml > general admission tickets default to 375ml - to upgrade to 750ml, choose the appropriate add-on to your ticket and double your booze!

Confluence Distilling will be co-hosting this event with special guest Nick Peach, the author of the best-selling cocktail book No Shots After Midnight and owner of , Canada's longest running cocktail workshop program.

This cocktail class is subject to cancellation by the host if the minimum class size is not met or other circumstances make it not possible to host. If this is event is cancelled, we will issue a full refund of the ticket price. Notice will be given no later than 2 days before the event.

Full refunds will be issued to tickets returned more than 10 business days before the date of the event.

If the ticket holder or purchaser desires to cancel or return their ticket less than 10 business days to the event date, they can choose one of the following options:

Option 1 - 50% of the cost of the ticket will be refunded (minus fees)

Option 2 - receive the full ticket value in credit to be used at a future ticketed Confluence event of your choice (not including service fees).

No refund options are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours.

Any dietary restrictions or special needs must be communicated immediately upon purchase of the tickets. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee full dietary replacements, dependant on the request.
