Spring Sound Bath Immersion

Join Liam Oragh and his array of sound healing instruments to surround yourself in a Spring Sunday of Sound on Sunday 12 April at 2pm.

A Sound Bath is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation. It's an immersion in beautiful sounds that are healing to the body, mind and soul.

The 'bath' involves the playing of a variety of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, crystal bowls and in particular gongs.

Vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums and other sound healing instruments such as chimes and the amazing sacred solfeggio pipes, assist the release of emotional and energetic blockages in the body and stimulate healing in a simple yet profound way.

They make for very powerful meditations and profound healing and relaxing experiences.

For the best experience, wear comfortable layers and socks.We will provide mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows.
