Reset Breathwork: Nervous System Balance (In Support of Pieta House)

Take an hour to slow down, reconnect, and reset.

Join us for a guided Reset Breathwork session designed to help regulate your nervous system, release stress, and bring your body back into balance. Through intentional breathing techniques and a calming environment, this session will support relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional grounding.

This special session is also being held in support of Pieta House, Ireland’s suicide prevention charity, with proceeds helping to fund their vital services for people in crisis and those impacted by suicide.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, looking to unwind at the end of the weekend, or simply curious about the power of breathwork, this session offers a supportive space to pause and reconnect.

What to expect:

• A short introduction to breathwork and nervous system regulation
• A guided breathwork journey to release tension and restore balance
• Time at the end to integrate and ground
