Join The 905 Circle for an evening of illustrated poetry and zine-making. No prior experience required, just curiosity and open-mindedness!
About this Event
Join us for a cozy, creative evening where we’ll be blending poetry and visual art to create your own mini zine, facilitated by Ariesha Mais.
This workshop is centered around themes of renewal, reflection, and refreshing for the spring season, an opportunity to slow down, clear mental space, and reconnect with yourself through creativity. Together, we’ll explore what you’re letting go of, what you’re stepping into, and what this new season means for you 🌺🌸
Through a mix of guided prompts, collage, and illustration, you’ll create a personal poetry zine that captures your thoughts, feelings, and intentions. No prior experience is needed, whether you’re a writer, artist, or simply curious, you’re welcome here.
All materials will be provided, along with a relaxed and supportive environment to create at your own pace. You’ll leave with your own handmade zine and a deeper connection to your inner voice.
The floor will also be open to anyone who would like to discuss their creations afterwards!
Come as you are, and bring an openness to create, reflect, and reset for the season ahead.
