Please join Betty and Gayla for a New Moon in Early Spring celebration! We have rested and allowed the seeds within us to store energy. Now we can awaken energy and give voice to what we have been nurturing all winter. The Spring season is associated with the Element of Air and the Throat Chakra.
Join in a gentle flow to expand on our intentions. Then allow yourself to be immersed in sound.
This event includes a brief yoga practice, guided meditation, and sound bath with marbled crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. and chimes. Both practitioners will work with bowls on and around your body.
This workshop is limited to 14 people. No experience needed.
