In this pop up series we will connect to Abhyasa; our diligent and continuous practice. Each week we will visit a different pranayama (breathing technique), a flow style practice with optional light weight movements and we will close with a meditation.
You can join all these sessions or just 1! Register individually for each session.
*Some yoga experience recommended.
