If you are ready to leave behind the sluggishness and toxicity of 2024 and open to a higher vibrational frequency of uplifting energy for 2025, join us for this pop-up combining pranayama, yoga, visualization, and reiki. This practice is suitable foreveryone regardless of whether you are just beginning or a seasoned yogi, chair or mat options available!
We will start with basic breath practices, then move into poses that stretch and flow with the breath. The last half of the class allows each person to experience a deep and
relaxing visualization and an energetic shift with Angie Wolff, Reiki Master, guiding us. You are guaranteed to come away from this session feeling renewed and restored.
