Spring Equinox Yoga

Join yoga teacher Maggie Mowery for an hour-long yoga class inspired by the Spring Equinox and the sense of balance, renewal, and new beginnings it brings. This grounding session invites you to reconnect with yourself as the seasons shift and will include breath awareness, gentle movement, and a guided meditation. Maggie is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga teacher with over eight years of teaching experience and specializes in beginner-friendly, accessible, alignment-based yoga. This class is well suited for those new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis looking for a mindful, nurturing practice.

When she’s not on the mat, Maggie loves to paint, sculpt in clay, spend time in nature or her garden, and be with loved ones. She and her partner also regularly volunteer at Lancaster Farm Sanctuary in Mount Joy, PA.
