The Spring Equinox is the sacred point where day and night are equal, just before the light begins to expand again. Spiritually, it represents rebirth, awakening, and new beginnings — the energetic New Year of nature.
Seeds begin to stir beneath the soil.
Life begins to rise again.
And so do you.
After months of winter, this ceremony invites you to shake off stagnation that you accumulated during Winter months, open your energy centers, and consciously step into the next season of your life.
This is more than an event.
It’s a ritual of transition into spring.

🌊 Sound Healing Meditation — Centering Your New Beginnings
We begin the evening with a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation (with Jocy's crystal bowls) designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. Through sacred sound and guided visualization, you’ll release the heaviness of winter and set intentions for the season ahead. This meditation prepares the nervous system so your new beginnings emerge from clarity and grounded awareness.
🌸 Chakra Yoga Dance — Rebirth in Motion
Guided by Jocy Medina, Yoga Dance Teacher
Yoga Dance is a powerful standing meditation in movement inspired by yoga asanas and chakra activation. No yoga mat is required. Through flowing sequences, breathwork, and visualization, you will move through each chakra, awakening your energy and reconnecting with your body. The practice is playful, intuitive, and deeply transformative.
🔥 Healing House Ecstatic Dance — Tribal Spring Awakening
DJ Ani offers Healing House tunes that will guide us through a powerful tribal ecstatic dance journey filled with drums, rhythmic beats, and uplifting spring-inspired music.
