• 🤍 Connecting in a safe, supportive container to release stored emotions and stagnant energy
• 🎶 Vocal and sound exercises to open the voice and move energy
• 🔥 Guided movement and intuitive dance practice for release and expression
• 🌿 Sound healing to regulate the nervous system and support grounding
• ✨ Closing circle to share and integrate the release practices
What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Cushion, Yoga mat or Blanket
• Comfortable clothes you can move in

We believe that when you are a safe space for yourself, you naturally become a safe space for others.
The world needs more spaces to release — not suppress.
Our body already knows how to let go. This experience is an invitation to trust that intuitive wisdom.
In everyday life, we rarely have space to truly unwind and express freely. Even at home, many of us don’t feel we can fully allow ourselves to release — to deeply connect with the body and heart, and to feel what’s within.
Practicing this together helps normalize healthy release, so stored energy doesn’t accumulate in the body over time.
