Spring Equinox Sound Bath – Guildhall, Chichester

Celebrate the return of light with a deeply nourishing sound bath inside the beautiful Guildhall in Chichester. As day and night come back into balance at the Spring Equinox, this immersive experience invites you to gently release the heaviness of winter and welcome fresh energy, clarity and new beginnings.

You’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state while being bathed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, chimes and other harmonic instruments. These calming sounds support rest, nervous-system regulation and a sense of inner balance — perfectly aligned with the renewing energy of early spring.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie back, and let the sounds carry you into stillness and renewal.

All genders, solo guests and groups are warmly welcome. 🌱

Wear comfortable clothes and you may like to bring the following:

• Blanket to keep you cosy
• Yoga mat or similar to lay on
• Pillow for you head
• Eye mask
• Water to drink afterwards
  

Due to the nature of the building, the stone floor is very hard and may be dusty so please bear that in mind and you may wish to bring extra blankets. and wear warm clothes if its cold.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery

If you would prefer to sit, chairs are available.

Photographs: Occassionally we may capture photographs for promotional purposes. This would usually be from a distance and any close up photography would be discussed with you beforehand. Please let us know if you'd rather not be in any promotional material.
