The Spring Equinox marks the first day of spring — a powerful moment of balance, where day and night stand equal. Energetically, it represents new beginnings, positive life changes, and the gentle stirring of fresh possibilities.

This is a time that feels fertile, light, and full of potential. An invitation to tune into what is ready to grow within you — plant the seeds of your intentions, hopes, and dreams — and to consciously move forward towards where you wish to be.

Step into a softly glowing sanctuary of candlelight, flowers and sacred sound and allow yourself to be held in this deeply nurturing space of healing, peace and renewal. The space will be gently cleansed with Palo Santo and infused with subtle, grounding aromas, creating a sanctuary of tenderness, safety, and emotional nourishment.

You will be gently guided into a deeply immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and sacred percussion instruments to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. The vibrations of sound work on a cellular level, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and allowing space for emotional release, integration, and renewal.

As the sound journey comes to a close, we will move into a period of gentle integration, with oracle cards offering reflective guidance.

What to Bring – Preparing Your Sacred Space

Creating a cosy, supportive nest for yourself allows the body to fully relax and receive the healing vibrations of sound.

· Yoga mat or reclining chair (you’ll be lying down during the sound journey)

· Blanket, pillow & eye mask for comfort and warmth

· Crystals to amplify healing and recharge with fresh sonic energy

· Warm, cosy clothing & socks to keep your body relaxed and supported

· Water

The more comfortable you are, the deeper your nervous system can soften — allowing the healing to unfold ✨

Important Information:

· Doors open at 19:30 — please arrive promptly to settle in.

· Doors close at 19:45 sharp (no late entry to preserve the sacred space).

· Free parking on local streets.

· Nearest Tube Stations: Wanstead & Snaresbrook.

· No previous experience necessary

· If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the bowls.

· If you have any sensitivities to sound, please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

· If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions to support yourself.

· Those with a pacemaker

· Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy

· People with epilepsy

· Those with a severe mental health condition
