Join us for a special 90-minute restorative yoga class led by Nicole, enhanced by the gentle, healing energy of reiki provided by Steph.
As we transition into the new season, this offering provides a unique opportunity to align with the rejuvenating energy of spring. Through supported postures and the soothing touch of reiki, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and cultivate a sense of renewal in mind, body, and spirit.
This seasonal practice is designed to honor the changes in nature and within ourselves, creating space for intention and growth while setting the tone for a flourishing season ahead.
