Tibetan Meditation Masters say that a New Moon is the perfect time to get in touch with our Higher Self. But, it is also a wonderful time to utilize the increasing energy of the moon by channeling it into what we wish to create or build in our life.During this meditation, you may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion. Just make yourself as comfortable as possible as we embark on this meditative journey of healing, relaxation, & connection.
Crystal & Tibetan Bowls will be played during the entire meditation. And there will be a little bit of guidance, as well. If you've never experienced a bowl meditation this is sure to be an event you will not want to miss.
We will begin in Spark of Divine with a Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation to help us relax & get into a deeper meditative state. Then, we will have a short ceremony outside to send our intentions out into the Universe.
