Flow beneath the stars and harness the powerful energy of the full moon—a time for release, renewal, and returning to your true nature. This special pop-up yoga class invites you to move, breathe, and let go, using mindful movement to unblock energy and shift from the thinking mind into the feeling body.
We’ll begin with a grounding full moon flow, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with ease. Afterward, we’ll honor the ritual of smoke clearing to cleanse your space, set intentions, and create room for new energy to flow.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
This class will be held outdoors on the second floor of the Atrium Building (3055 Cardinal Drive). Weather permitting. Pre-registration is required; no walk-ins allowed. Students must bring their own mat. No props will be available to use; a beach towel is suggested to provide extra cushioning between mat and the cement floor.
