Embrace the awakening of spring celebrating Spring Equinox. Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to release. Expert guidance will take you on a journey to Nervous System regulation with breathwork, somatic practices, sound healing, and embodied meditation.
The event includes:
- Intro to Nervous System Regulation and the Subconscious mind
- Somatic Practice
- Intention Setting
- Breathwork Journey
- Guided Embodied Meditation
- Sound Bath
- Plant, vibrational remedies and essential oils (optional)

This workshop is open to individuals of all gender and experience levels . No prerequisite is necessary - whether you're new to these practices or seasoned in the art of self-care, you'll find a welcoming space to explore, release and reconnect.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- A coushin to seat more comfortably
- A blanket for comfort
- Water to stay hydrated
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Refrain from consuming caffeine or heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to the workshop.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and relaxation.
