At the sacred threshold of the Spring Equinox — a moment long honored in celebrations, we gather to soften, to release, and to awaken what is quietly blooming within.

This is therapeutic yoga woven with ritual.

We begin by descending inward — slow, nourishing movements designed to unwind winter from the body and soothe the nervous system.

Through:

• Restorative postures supported by bolsters + blankets
• Breath practices that invite spaciousness
• Subtle somatic release
• Guided reflection beneath candlelight

You will be held in a container of safety and stillness.

Then, in sacred ritual, we release what has grown heavy — offering it to flame or water — making space for what longs to rise.
