Spring Equinox Ranch Yoga + Sound Bath with Horses | Topanga

Welcome the arrival of spring with a peaceful morning immersed in nature at a beautiful private ranch tucked in the mountains of Topanga.

This Spring Equinox gathering is an opportunity to step away from the noise of the city and reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world. Surrounded by open land, fresh air, and gentle horses, we’ll create space to ground, reset, and welcome the energy of a new season.

The morning begins with time to arrive slowly, connect with the horses, and settle into the calm rhythm of the ranch. We’ll then move through a grounding outdoor yoga practice designed to release stagnant energy from the winter months and invite in renewal. After yoga, we’ll close with a short immersive sound bath to help the body fully relax and integrate.

Whether you're seeking movement, nature, or simply a quiet reset, this gathering offers a beautiful way to celebrate the changing season.

Event Schedule

10:00–10:30 AM — Arrival + Ranch Time
Arrive at the ranch, settle in, connect with the horses, and meet the community while taking in the peaceful Topanga mountain surroundings.

10:30–11:15 AM — Grounding Yoga Practice
A gentle, grounding outdoor yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body and move into the new season with intention.

11:15–11:30 AM — Sound Bath Integration
Close the morning with a relaxing sound bath to calm the nervous system and integrate the practice.
