Fireside Yin Yoga Therapy (In Person)

Join us this Friday night from 6:00–7:30 PM for an evening of deep rest, gentle movement, and mindful connection.

This Yin Yoga session will be guided as Yoga Therapy by Osiris Booque, an internationally certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT, 900hr) and Yoga Therapist for the U.S. Veterans Administration (currently affected by the government shutdown).

Expect a slow, grounding practice focused on breath, stillness, and releasing tension from the body and mind.

What to Bring

• Your yoga mat (mats available if needed)
• Blanket and any props you enjoy using (bolster, blocks, strap, etc.)
• Water or tea for hydration
• Comfortable clothing for gentle movement

This space is about rest, breath, and belonging.

No prior yoga experience is needed, simply arrive as you are, ready to unwind and reconnect.
