On the evening of the Spring Equinox weekend we will gather around the fire to honour and conect with Mother Nature. With guided meditation, drumming, energy clearing and self reflection, you can use this time to consider your own equlibrium & where you need to adjust or re-balance your life. The equinox is a time when day and night are equal and this will be your reflection point. Considering, light / shade and giving / receiving. The circle is held around a fire in Wilderness Woods near Uckfield. Parking is free, the space has low level log setaing but you are welcome to bring a camping chair. Blanket is also a good option.
Wear some spring coloured clothing to highlight the welcming of the light.

Sally is an award winning & fully accredited meditation and mindfulness coach. She has been teaching meditation since 2018 and hosts retreats workshops and classes across the UK.
