Join me for a nourishing Spring Equinox Day Retreat — a sacred pause point on the wheel of the year, where day and night meet in perfect balance.
The Spring Equinox invites realignment and conscious creation. It’s a moment to check in, clear what no longer feels true, and set intentions for what you’re ready to grow as we move into the lighter half of the year.
Our day together will gently awaken the body, steady the mind and reconnect you with your inner compass — weaving movement, meditation and ritual in a grounded, accessible way.
✨ The day will include:
• Grounding and energising yoga to awaken the body after winter
• A guided meditation to restore balance and clarity
• A Spring Equinox manifesting & intention-setting ritual
• A nourishing homemade lunch and wholesome snacks
• Herbal teas throughout the day
• A deeply restorative alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath to integrate and soften
This is a day to pause, recalibrate and move forward with intention — without rushing or forcing.
