Are you expecting a baby and looking for a calm, confident birth experience? Join me for a relaxed, supportive birth preparation course designed to empower you and your birth partner with tools for a positive and informed birth.
💫 What’s included:
A 3-hour in-person session for both you and your partner to attend with other expectant birthing couples.
Simple yet powerful hypnobirthing techniques to reduce fear and anxiety
Breathing, relaxation, and mindset tools for a more comfortable birth
Birth partner support strategies to feel more involved and confident
Time for open discussions in a small, supportive group setting
👥 Small group – just 6 couples!
This intimate setting allows plenty of space for personal attention and a chance to connect with other parents-to-be. Please be aware birth partners can be a friend or family support, they do not have to be a romantic partner.

💷 Investment: Only £48 per birthing couple. *Additional Birth partners can attend at an additional fee of £5*
