Join us for a grounding and heart-centered gathering to honor this transition through ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing. This experience will also include Sacred Plant Education with Akoni, offering insight into the traditions and respectful relationship with plant medicines in ceremonial settings.

Together, these practices create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and align with the energy of the new season.

Whether you come on your own or with friends, you are welcome in this respectful and supportive ceremonial space.

Akoni is a student of Ayurvedic medicine, meditation practitioner, and sound healer who facilitates experiences that support relaxation, presence, and deeper connection to self and nature.

To support the experience, participants are encouraged to:

• Eat light meals the day before and the day of the ceremony
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand
• Arrive well rested and hydrated
