They say our balance is stronger on the Equinox. Let's welcome in the new season, and see if the saying is true.
This will be a gentle yoga class, focused on balance. Chairs and wall support will be abundant, if wanted. This will not be a headstand or inversion balance class, but will have more focus on standing and seated balance poses.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged! Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth!
