This class will meet at Rockstar Wellness, but will take place at our secret "Poe-Ga" location. Please plan on arriving by 3:00, so you can find us.
Join us for a lighthearted, gentle, low-intensity yoga class, set to a relaxing goth soundtrack. Please send any yo-goth song requests to [email protected].
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged!
Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth!
