SAVE THE DATE for a brand new event - we're so excited to host an Adult Book Fair with Sam Miller of The Novel Notion! Remember the high of having dollars to spend at your Scholastic Book Fair back in grade school? The hologram bookmarks, the tiny erasers, the celebrity posters, and don't forget the books! We're bringing that energy to the shop on Saturday, March 22nd from 6-8 pm. The Novel Notion will be popping up with all kinds of bookish merch including romance trope key chains, handmade pencil pouches, bookmarks, and all the pens, pencils, and erasers your heart desires. We'll have special bookish items available too, plus a giveaway, adult beverages - and of course, a giant book swap!Starting February 20th, we'll be collecting books for the swap! You can drop them off at the shop during normal business hours. Please only bring books in good, readable condition, for mature YA or adult. (This is an adult book fair after all!) Each book you bring in will earn you a bonus entry in the giveaway!
