🌿 Spring Equinox Gong Puja – An All-Night Journey Into Sacred SoundSaturday 21st March 2026 | 9pm – 7am
Henley-on-Thames
Join us for a deeply immersive all-night Spring Equinox Gong Puja, a sacred journey of rest, renewal and intention, held through the healing sounds of multiple gongs.
The Spring Equinox is a powerful solar festival — a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, as the Earth gently tips toward the lighter half of the year. After winter’s rest, this is a time to awaken, sow seeds, and align with what is ready to grow.
Throughout the night, you will sleep, rest, dream and journey as you are bathed in continuous waves of sound, created by several experienced master gong players. Each gong bath flows seamlessly into the next, holding you in a deeply supportive sound field until morning.
✨ What to expect
• Arrival and set-up from 9pm
• Gentle movement, breathwork and guided meditation
• A fire ceremony (weather permitting) to release what no longer serves and set intentions
• Gongs played continuously from 10.30pm – 6am
• Shunyata — 30 minutes of sacred silence
• A light breakfast served before closing at 7am
Falling asleep during a gong puja is completely natural and often a sign of deep relaxation. You are simply invited to rest and receive.
