A wonderful way to end your weekend - a restorative evening of meditation, relaxation and sound. A 2 hour session of deep relaxation, held at the beautiful Eyot Centre in Henley, right next to the River Thames.
The session will start with some gentle stretches to warm the body and enable you to be comfortable for meditation. I will guide you through pranayama (breathing techniques) and a simple meditation. You will then settle down and get comfortable with blankets, and listen to a guided relaxation, followed by soothing sounds of the gongs, rainstick, chimes, singing bowls and other gentle instruments.
The evening will finish with herbal tea and homemade treats.
The evening is welcoming to all - including those who are completely new to meditation & sound baths. There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
This session is not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or those who have recently had a hip / joint operation or metal implants. If you have a pacemaker you will need permission from your doctor.
