Join us for a deeply nourishing monthly Nidra & Sound Meditation at North End Village Hall.These sessions offer a blend of guided Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation) and healing sound to help calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind. You’ll be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation, where the body can rest and the mind can reset — leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.
