Seeds of Intention 🌱 Spring Equinox in Henley

As light and dark come into balance, we gather to honour this turning point of the year.

Join us on 22nd March for an afternoon of Kundalini practice and immersive sound meditation — a space to reconnect, reset and consciously plant the seeds of what you wish to cultivate this season.

Through breath, movement, mantra and deep rest, we’ll create space for clarity, courage and aligned beginnings.

Light refreshments will be provded.
