Spring Break Museum Activity Days

Spring Break fun for kids at the Canmore Museum!

Looking for something hands-on and engaging for your kids this Spring Break? Join us at the Canmore Museum for Museum Activity Days, a free drop-in program for families and kids of all ages!

From 10am-1pm on April 1, April 8, and April 11, kids can explore a variety of fun, self-guided stations:

• Crafts & Colouring | Create, colour, and get creative with simple art activities.
• Scavenger Hunt | Discover hidden treasures and learn fun facts as you explore the museum.
• Artifact Table | Handle safe objects from the museum’s collection and guess their history and purpose.
• Avalanche Slide Path Demo | A hands-on demonstration of how avalanches move through the mountains.

Each day features all stations, and kids are welcome to move between them at their own pace. No registration is required - just drop in and enjoy!

Come explore, create, and play while learning about local history and science!

Please note, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration

Registration is not required; however, if you wish to make a donation you can do so through our eventbrite page or in-person at the event. Donations directly fund future programming at the Canmore Museum. Please note, if adults wish to enter the gallery space, they must pay admission ($10).

Photo & Video Release

Photographs and video will be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak with one of our staff members or volunteers upon arrival.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Please note that all ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
