About this Event

Service will be buffet style, including the following. As always, drinks will be a la carte.

Vegetable samosas

Kelewele - fried plantains and peanuts

Akara - bean fritters with dipping sauce

Ghanaian spicy light soup

Egusi with fufu - ground melon seed stew with pounded plantain/cassava

Akrokoro - plantain fritter and chick pea stew.

Jollof rice with tomato stew

Chicken (marinated and grilled)

Lamb (skewers)

Oxtail (braised)
