Spinning Class - Fundraising Event for Controlling Chemsex

Tonic is thrilled to partner with Rox Life for a special spinning class, raising awareness and funds for Controlling Chemsex – a charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by chemsex, providing essential resources, and promoting harm reduction.

Join Luke for an energising and inclusive session at Rox Life’s state-of-the-art studio. Expect high-energy vibes, great music, and a supportive atmosphere – whether you're a spin pro or a first-timer!

⏰ Time: Please arrive at 1:20 PM for a 1:30 PM start

✔️ Rox Life provides towels and cycling cleats for the session
✔️ Wear comfortable sportswear that you don’t mind getting sweaty
✔️ Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated
✔️ Shower facilities are available if you'd like to freshen up post-class

After the ride, we’ll head for a relaxed coffee meet-up (location TBC) – a great opportunity to connect with others and continue the conversation.
