Join Jessie Brunot Bouldin, Sp®BCPE, of Althea Birth Care for a special Spinning Babies® Parent Class at Sage Center for Women’s Health in Winchester, Virginia.
Would you like to learn how to create more space for your baby during pregnancy, ease common aches and pains, and support optimal fetal positioning for birth? Then this class is for you.
This 2–3 hour hands-on class is designed for expecting parents who want to better understand how the body, baby, and labor work together. You will learn practical movements, positions, and partner-supported techniques to create more comfort in pregnancy, encourage balance, and support baby’s natural rotation during labor.
Jessie is an experienced childbirth educator, doula, lactation counselor, and student of midwifery at NMI. Through her work teaching families through a local health system and observing hundreds of births, she brings a grounded, practical, physiological approach to birth preparation.
Birth is not always something to control. More often, it is something to support.
This class is not about being “crunchy.” It is about being informed, practical, and honest.
While medical management has an important place, many families also benefit from learning practical, body-based ways to support normal birth physiology before medical intervention is needed.
