Spinning Babies® Parent Class

This hands-on class is designed for expecting parents who want to better understand how the body, baby, and labor work together.
Spinning Babies® offers a physiological approach to supporting labor without fear.
You will learn practical ways to create more space, comfort, and balance in pregnancy while supporting baby’s natural ability to rotate and move through the pelvis during birth.
Spinning Babies
2 - 3 hour in-person class
$125 per couple
limited to 5 couples
includes digital access to parent materials, additional at-home practice content, and simple tools to take home
(Class length varies depending upon the number of participants.)
Instructor:
Jessie Brunot Bouldin, Sp®BCPE, is the owner of Althea Birth Care and an experienced childbirth educator, doula, lactation counselor, and student of midwifery at NMI. She has taught families through a local health system and brings years of hands-on birth experience to her classes. Through attending and observing hundreds of births, Jessie has developed a practical, physiological approach to helping families understand birth, create comfort, and support the natural process of labor.
