SPINACH FETTUCCINE CLASS
In this hands on class you will be making flavor infused pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy, fresh spinach and roasted red pepper. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you.
Afterwards, we will enjoy flavor infused fettuccine with complimenting sauces paired with salad and local artisan bread.
You are welcome to bring your own wine.

Otherwise, know that the menu has already been set and it may or may not include meat, cheese, etc.. It will always include gluten.
