Start your day moving your body, then finish with learning a new hobby. Join us for a unique collaboration with Element Fitness and Crochet with Passion, featuring a 30-minute spin class followed by a beginner-friendly crochet class. This event blends fitness, creativity, and community into one fun experience.

After breaking a sweat, we’ll transition into a relaxing crochet session where you’ll learn the basics in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What to Expect:

• 30-minute energizing spin class led by Element Fitness
• Beginner crochet instruction immediately following the workout
• Hands-on guidance for complete beginners
• Learn how to hold a crochet hook and yarn
• Practice basic stitches: chain, single crochet, and double crochet
• This is a skill-building class; you will not be completing a full project
