About this Event

This is a very unique way to exercise and receive all the cardiac benefits. This exercise can be done sitting or standing and you can add additional leg and arm exercises to increase

the cardiac benefits.

You must provide your own equipment which includes a yoga ball, laundry basket, bungee cord and drum sticks.
