About this Event
Join Angela aka "The Healing Advocate" in AAspiring Wellness' BIPOC Women’s Book Club for a powerful group therapy experience centered on the book, "Willow Weep for Me...A Black Woman's Journey Through Depression."
In a world that often demands Black women to be strong and silent, we're creating a sacred space to be seen, heard, and understood. This isn't just a book club; it's a journey of collective healing and liberation, led by a compassionate facilitator who's dedicated to dismantling the stigma around mental health in our community.
We'll spend 8 weeks, working through the book's 267 pages together, exploring themes that resonate with our lives, and affirming our worth.
This is more than just a conversation—it's an act of self-love and community care. We invite you to join a supportive sisterhood where your vulnerability is your superpower, and your healing journey is celebrated.
Reserve your spot today and let's begin this journey together because HEALING IS YOUR RIGHT!
