"Spill the Tea" is a series of sessions to get beneath the surface of nappies and sleepless nights to things we talk about less but are often thinking about. It's a warm and non-judgemental space to have some honest conversations about the emotional rollercoaster of adjusting to motherhood - shifting identity, expectations, relationships. If you've got some feels to explore or something to get off your chest, come along! Spill as much or as little of your own tea as you like, and hopefully take something reassuring and positive away with you. Guided group conversation starting at 1:10ish, followed by unstructured time to chat.

It's fine to bring your pushchair but it's one in a time in the lift so you may have to queue!
Enter through the doors to the IT Suite on the left - if this is closed please knock on the window and we'll let you in.
