Are you participating in the Belmont Spartan Race?? Well, so are we!
We are inviting anyone local that is participating to come on in for a FREE 25-minute Stretch Session to help prepare you for the big day! Even if you have a friend coming in from out of town, bring them along for a FREE Movement Assessment to gain some tips on things to focus on!
